Recruitment Process
The recruitment process is designed to support candidates’ spiritual growth, clarify readiness, and confirm alignment with the program standards.
Objectives
- Select Jr.LTF members according to the fulfillment of the joining requirements
- Allow candidates to reflect on their readiness (not simply pass or fail them)
Method
Use two assessment steps to confirm whether candidates are qualified to join.
- 1st assessment - Screening process
- 2nd assessment - Summer WS, direct input on motivation and behavior
Recruitment Steps
Follow the steps in order. Each step builds on the previous one.

HQ announcement of Jr.LTF Program
By end of Feb - 2
HQ introduces the program to families in each chapter with chapter leader/representative
From March 1st to March 10th - 3
Chapter leader/representative meets with parents/families
Mar 1–24 - 4
Families submit the application form
Before March 25Note: start saving and raising funds for summer course

Deadline for the application form
By March 25 - 6
Start and complete the 70-day track
Start before April 1st, end by June 9th - 7
Complete the **interview between days 60 and 70** of the track, with the Chapter Leader/Representative
MayInterview conducted based on Evaluation sheet

Chapter leader/representative finalize the evaluation and select challengers
